Can I buy a charm without a necklace?
Yes. Click on CHARMS on the header bar, then click  View all. This will show you all the charms and give you the option to buy one to add to your own necklace or bracelet.

Can I buy a Necklace without a message on the card?
Yes, all our necklaces can be supplied with or without a message. (There is no difference in price). Some of our most popular gifts are available with pre-written messages, or on each personalized necklace product page you have the ability to add your own message to ensure you create a truly personal gift or if you wish, simply leave blank. The choice is yours.

How do I design my own Necklace or Bracelet?
Click on the CREATE YOUR OWN  on the home page. Then simply select either  Create your own Necklace or Bracelet. There are several different styles of chain to choose from depending on your personal preference and then you can select from our huge range of unique charm designs to create your perfect piece of jewelery the chain using our fun drag and drop system on the page. Once you are happy with your design simply add it to your basket and continue shopping or go to the checkout

Why can’t I return an engraved item?
Unless your engraved or monogrammed jewelery is faulty or we made a mistake (unusual!), we can not except returns as we can’t resell it. This does not effect your statutory rights.

I want to spell my name, but can only use the Letters/charms once in the ‘Create Your Own’ necklace builder. What should I do?
Please contact us, at enquiries@lilycharmed.com or phone 01753 424160 during office hours, and let us know exactly what you would like, and we will create your necklace, the web site doesn’t currently have the functionality to duplicate charms on the chain – but we can!

Can children wear your necklaces?
Yes – we have a 35cm chain option on the drop down menu, which is suitable for children. Safety Advice: Our jewelery is not intended as a toy. Children should not be left unattended wearing jewelery and should never be allowed to sleep wearing jewelery or wear it unsupervised for prolonged periods.

Is your jewelery Sterling Silver?
All Lily Charmed jewelery is sterling silver, 18 carat gold plated sterling silver or solid 9 carat gold.

Hallmarking – why do some items have a hallmark, and others do not?
By law all sterling silver items over 7.8grams made in Sterling Silver should be hallmarked. We hallmark all our silver that is over this weight with the Birmingham assay office. All our 9 carat gold is also Hallmarked by the assay office.

Can I add items to an existing order? Sorry, it is not possible to add items to an existing order. Feel free to make another though.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect your delivery once it has been posted.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted? 
An email confirmation will be sent once an order has been received. In the rare instance that the items you have ordered are not available, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. An email will be sent informing you of the cancellation.

It’s a gift and I don’t want to have a reference to the price in the package. Is this possible? Yes just choose a ‘Gift Receipt’, and we won’t include any reference to the price when we send it to your gift recipient.
